2. General information on data processing on this website
This website has deliberately been built to minimise data: it uses no tracking or analytics services and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. All content is delivered by our hosting provider.
This website only sets one technically necessary session cookie, which protects the contact form against misuse. It is deleted after two hours at the latest. Whether you have confirmed the cookie notice is stored locally by your browser (localStorage); this information does not leave your device. Legal basis: Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This data serves to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve security (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not merged with other data sources. The hosting provider is Gallwitz ITS UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Alter Pferdemarkt 1, 24983 Handewitt, Germany, represented by Ottmar Gallwitz (commercial register: HRB 17587 FL, registry court: Amtsgericht Flensburg). The provider processes the data solely on our behalf, on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Log files are automatically deleted after 7 days at the latest. Data whose further retention is required for evidence purposes (for example after an attack) is excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.
4. Contact form and contact by email/telephone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the data you provide (name, email address, telephone number, content of the message) solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein (Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz, ULD).
